The legislature will be considering the Article V Convention resolution again this session.

An Article V convention provides the only real opportunity to restore the original intent of the constitution by proposing amendments to the U S Constitution in 3 areas:
- Limiting the out-of-control federal spending
- Term limits on DC politicians
- Limiting federal overreach and tame the bureaucrats trying to tell Nebraska how to use our land and resources

Our Nebraska senators have the power to restrain the federal government - it's time for them to use it.
